  • Day 1

    Amritsar (2 Nights)

    ‘I-Fly Tour Guests’ will arrive at the Amritsar Airport as per the scheduled flight. Upon arrival they will meet the Veena World Tour Manager at the Airport and proceed to the Hotel. Welcome to Amritsar - the spiritual and cultural centre of the Sikh religion. We begin the exploration of this Holy City, by visiting Harmandir Sahib, very popularly known as the ‘Golden Temple’ – The most divine shrine of the Sikhism, followed by a visit to Akal Takht – the highest seat of authority of the Khalsa. We have a short Meet N Greet session before dinner, to get introduced to our fellow tour companions.

  • Day 2

    Amritsar

    Today we visit Jallianwala Bagh – memorial to one of the most tragic and darkest chapters in the history of India, the Jallianwala Baug Massacre. Later we have some free time for shopping. Post-lunch, we proceed to Attari - Wagah Border to witness the prestigious & awe-inspiring ‘Lowering of the Flags’ ceremony on the India-Pakistan border.

  • Day 3

    Amritsar – Dalhousie (2 Nights)

    Today, we set out on our wonderful journey towards Dalhousie - A hill station located on the western edge of the Dhauladhar mountain ranges of Himalayas and surrounded by snow-capped peaks.

  • Day 4

    Dalhousie – Khajjiar – Chamba – Dalhousie

    Today, our exploration of the beautiful town of Dalhousie begins with a visit to the Ajit Singh Smarak at Panchpula, followed by a visit to the ‘Mini Switzerland of India’ – Khajjiar. Here you can enjoy the adventure sports like zorbing, paragliding, etc. by yourself. Further, we visit the Laxmi Narayan Temple, Chamunda Devi Temple and enjoy the wonderful vistas of Ravi River and Chamera Dam. En route to Chamba, you have a chance to view the Mani Mahesh mountain range, popularly known as Mini Kailash (subject to weather conditions) – considered to be the abode of Lord Shiva.

  • Day 5

    Dalhousie – Dharamshala (2 Nights)

    Today we head to Dharamshala, formerly known as Bhagsu and housing the residence of His Holiness, The Dalai Lama. Upon arrival, we enjoy the free time.

  • Day 6

    Dharamshala

    Today we explore the beautiful city of Dharamshala. We visit Dalai Lama Monastery, Bhagsunag Temple and Dharamshala Cricket Stadium (subject to operation). Dharamshala Cricket Stadium is one of the most attractive cricket stadiums in India, by virtue of its natural backdrop of snow-capped mountains and lush green hills. We later enjoy shopping at the Mcleodganj Bazaar.

  • Day 7

    Dharamshala – Manali (3 Nights)

    Today we visit the famous Kullu Shawl Factory, where we can buy Kullu shawls and other woollen products. Later we drive through the scenic Pandoh Dam and Kullu Valley, as we head towards our next destination - Manali.

  • Day 8

    Manali – Rohtang Snow Point – Manali

    Today, a spectacular drive will take us to the Rohtang Snow Point. We have free time to play, enjoy in the snow and click pictures to our heart’s content. In the evening we have cultural entertainment in store for us, as we witness the traditional Himachali Folk Dance.

    Please Note: Rohtang pass is 51 kms away from Manali. This Pass is not accessible for almost 8 months in a year, as it is covered with now. We generally visit the snow point on the Rohtang road, which has been permitted by the Border Security Force.

    Also note: Guests who are willing to take Snow Clothes (Dungaree), these are available in the shops. You can rent them at an additional cost on your own. This includes jacket & gum boots.

  • Day 9

    Manali – Solang Valley – Manali

    It’s time to explore the ancient temples of Manali today – Vashisht Kund and Hidimba Mandir. We then proceed for a fun adventure at Solang Valley – A splendid valley between Solang village, which offers spectacular vistas of glaciers and snow-capped mountains. We enjoy the ropeway ride here and also get a chance to indulge in the fun activities such as paragliding at our own cost.   • Day 10

    Manali – Shimla (2 Nights)

    Today, we indulge in the excitement of water rafting in the cool white waters of Beas River (subject to operation). Further, we proceed to Shimla. We drive through the scenic Pandoh Dam and Beas-Sutlej Link Project.   • Day 11

    Shimla – Kufri – Shimla

    Let’s explore Shimla today! We visit Kufri, also known as the winter sports capital of Shimla. Here, we visit Indira Bungalow, Himalayan Zoo (subject to operation).   • Day 12

    Shimla – Chandigarh (1 Night)

    Today, let’s travel to Chandigarh - one of the most well planned cities of our country, popular internationally for its architecture and urban design. Upon arrival, we visit Pinjore Garden – famous for its Mughal Garden architectural style, Rock Garden – A sculpture garden completely built from the industrial waste, scraps, home waste and thrown-away items.     Chandigarh-Departure Hometown

    Our tour concludes with mixed feelings! Happy to have made so many new friends, visited several amazing destinations but also sad that it means the end of such a wonderful trip. Let’s stay in touch through email, Facebook, mobile and meet each other again on more such memorable tours! This is not a goodbye but a ‘see you soon’. ‘I-Fly Tour Guests’ will proceed to the airport as per their scheduled group departure time for their return flight to Mumbai. Tour concludes. Breakfast
